How can I buy/order a piece?
Both to buy, and to order a piece, you can do it by calling our phone number, 944346668, sending an email explaining which piece you are interested in, by direct message from Instagram (@buztinartean) or coming to the store.
Can orders be customized?
Yes! You can order custom pieces, for example, in the cups and bowls you can choose the color and even add the name you want. Tableware and tea sets, you can order them in the combination of colors that you like and with the number of pieces you need.
How long does it take to prepare the orders?
It depends on the characteristics and the number of pieces, but as a general rule it takes between 3 and 4 weeks. The reason? Pottery, like any other craft, is a slow process.
We make the pieces in two firings, for this, we first create the piece, depending on which it is we will take more or less hours. We let it dry for a few days so we can paint it well. After it is made and painted, it dries a little more until it enters the kiln. The bisque (which is the first firing), lasts approximately 10 hours of rise in temperature and a day and a half of descent, so in two days we will not see the piece. Once it comes out of the kiln and everything is correct, we will glaze it so that the finish is what we want and finally we will put it back in the oven, for the second time, another 2 days.
