In Buztin Artean we give ceramic workshops for both adults and children, to explore the world of ceramics. We work in small groups, of maximum 6 people, with a very personalized attention, since what we like is to know each other and help you to make your ideas a reality. In our different courses you will find creation and modeling classes, where you will learn to develop with different techniques both to create your own pieces, as well as to decorate them. It is a space where after learning the basic techniques, you can create your own designs and share what you have learned.

In our workshop, we share space with our furry family made up of a dog, Latxa, and four cats Ilun, Txispa, Luiggi and Martina.

Annual ceramic workshops for adults (Complete)

Discover ceramics and develop your creativity. In our courses you will enjoy a personalized attention, since the classes are, at most, of 8 people. A workshop in which we will learn different basic techniques to learn about volumes, joints and humidity’s, acquiring the necessary knowledge to develop in the world of ceramics. Once we have acquired the basic knowledge, we will develop our own projects and pieces in which we will consolidate what we have learned while exploring new creative ways. We will also learn different decorative techniques through color, through engobes and glazes.

• Prior knowledge: no prior knowledge
• Amount: 65€/month with batches included. Cost of of the clay aside, to choose between different clays.
• Registration: 50€ (returnable).
• Hours: 2 hours per week, in different groups:

  • Tuesday
    • Group A: 12:00 – 14:00
    • Group B: 15:00 – 17:00

Weekend monographs: introducction to ceramics

A first approach to the world of ceramics. In this workshop for 6 people with personalized attention, we will learn different techniques, to be able to create and decorate your own piece (sometimes a cup, cup and plate, pot, a tableware …. depending on the month). If you are interested in ceramics, but you can’t sign up for the annual course, this workshop is for you!

• Prior knowledge: no prior knowledge needed
• Amount: 95€ (with materials and baking included), to make the reservations we ask for the payment of 45€ (not refundable)
• Hours: Friday from 17:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 11:00 to 14:00 (6 hours)
• The monograph is made once a month, although there is no fixed date, to know the dates of each month contact us.

Cancellation

• In the event that Buztin Artean, for health or personal reasons or not reaching the minimum group, cancels the workshop, the registration payment will be refunded.
• If it is the student who, with 7 days’ notice, informs us that he/she cannot attend the workshop, the registration fee will be refunded. If, on the other hand, there is no prior notice or it is done in less than 7 days, the person may give up their place to someone or lose the registration money.
